Vincennes Beauty College is celebrating it’s 60th year of business! Established in 1963, Vincennes Beauty College represents years of successful experience and service. In those 60 years, the school has had only three owners. The current owner and director, Jessica Fessel, purchased the school in 2014 from the previous owner Pam Garrison. Pam purchased the school in 1979 from the founders, Joseph, Ruth, Ron and Robert Colburn.
